Jenny Reid - Open Spaces
Drawing on Psalm 18 where David says God “brought him “out into a spacious place” Jenny looks at what it means to be out in the open with God. Our instinct causes us to want to hide and make ourselves small when we sense danger, but when we allow God to intervene He takes us into an open space - a place where we can truly be ourselves; a place where we can flourish. It’s counter intuitive, it feels vulnerable, but it’s the most rewarding and exciting place to be.
Gareth Norman - Out Of Our Minds?
The apostle Paul wrote, “If we are “out of our mind,” as some say, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you.” (2 Corinthians‬ â€5:13‬). What does this mean? In this message Gareth explores what it means to be out of our mind for God and encourages the church to live with full passion in all that we do.
Mark Thompson - Prayer In The Early Church
Following on from the message “The church we were called to be” we looked at how important prayer was to the early believers and how important it still is for us today. Encouraging us to pray ahead of all situations and circumstances as they did.
Andy Wakeman - Hidden in Christ
We are hidden in Christ (Colossians 3:1-4). Noah and his family was hidden in the Ark from the wrath of God in the flood waters by the covering of pitch. A picture of atonement. So to the Israelites where hidden from the angel of death, God's wrath against the Egyptians. by the atonement blood of the Passover Lamb. We to through the waters of baptism are hidden by the atoning blood of Jesus Christ.
Jenny Reid - Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish
In this message Jenny shares the vision for 2020. Recognising that every individual on the face of the earth carries great worth and unique gifting, she talks about how God is calling us to be a house where people can come and can flourish, becoming everything that God has designed them to be. Looking at the example of Jesus and 1 Corinthians 13 she unpacks what that really looks like and explores how being a house of love, true Godly love, will rock the world to its core.
Clare Cleave - Playing the third sheep on the left in the nativity

Mark Thompson - The Church We Were Called To Be
In the season ahead of us we need to lay down the church we have created and be the church God called us to be: Holy Spirit powered, devoted to the Word, fellowship and prayer. One body empowered to serve together for the kingdom of God.
Sue Wakeman - The Belt Of Truth
Paul tells us in Ephesians 6 to put on the armour of God, the first piece of armour mentioned is the belt of Truth. We are told to Stand therefore, hold your Ground having tightened the belt of truth around your loins. Hear why the belt was the most vital piece of armour the Roman Soldiers wore and why we need the truth of Gods Word in our daily walk with the Lord.
Clare Cleave - A Call To Obedience
Clare explores the call to obedience that being a follower of a Christ requires. In the book of Romans, scripture says present yourself as a living sacrifice. Obedience can often be the difficult path but is the one that leads to the glory of God being displayed.
Jenny Reid - Women Carrying Jars
In this message Jenny looks at the upside down (right way up) nature of the Kingdom of God. The Bible is full of stories of women with jars (The woman at the well; Elijah’s Widow; Elisha’s Widow and the Woman with alabaster jar, to name a few). They are simple, unassuming and normal. Looking at these stories Jenny unpacks how, surprisingly, women carrying jars are one of God’s secret weapons. It’s not about being a woman... it’s about being you. You don’t have to wait for some great supernatural experience in order to be everything God has called you to be. You just need to be you. Normal, genuine you. As simple as a woman carrying a jar.
Allan Smith - What do you do when the brook dries up? 1 Kings 17
God always wants to move us forward. “Step by step were moving forward” He often leads us through challenging situations. He puts people in place to support/help us and puts us in place to support/help them. As you move forward don’t be satisfied with a little, ask for a double portion from God.
Hugh Osgood - The Church as God intended
We were blessed to have Hugh Osgood, the founder of our network CIC International and President of Churches Together In England, with us He brought a word from the Lord in season about the church being living and active and challenged us to rise up and take our place as a living stone.
Gareth Norman - Fully Seeing God
In this message, Gareth explores the passage in Luke’s gospel of two men travelling to Emmaus shortly after the Jesus’ death. As they journey, their mood downcast and thinking all hope is lost, they meet the resurrected Christ but do not recognise that it is Jesus. What is preventing them from fully seeing Jesus? What can we learn from their experience and how do we walk with God with open eyes?
Jenny Reid - Who Do You Think You Are?...
.. is a question we rarely ask ourselves. But the answer to this question is what informs how we feel, behave and interact with the world. The Word says that we are royalty, holy, chosen and special. In this message Jenny unpacks some of the factors that contribute towards forming our identity, and explores why sometimes we struggle to accept what God says about us. When we fully accept the truth of who we are, we will begin to “walk worthy” of our calling.

Sue Wakeman - Faith a way of life
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, It’s time for the Church to take hold of God’s Word, to believe it’s the truth. It’s time to find out what God’s Word says over every circumstance we find ourselves in, let’s find it, guard it, speak it out and act on it because it is life. God is always committed to His Word, He is watching over it to perform it. Let’s walk out in Faith on the truth of God’s Word.
Jenny Reid - Year of Fulfilment
Ever felt like God has left you on the sidelines? That what He said He would do He just didn’t do? In this message Jenny talks about the joy and excitement experienced when we hear God and He speaks to us about His plans for our future. She explores what happens after we hear and how things rarely pan out as we imagine! In this message of hope she encourages us to see God moving in the dark times and implores us to trust that His Word is still true - He WILL fulfil His promise to you.
Dave Hiscox - The way of Transition, from Redemption to Revelation
Build a relationship whilst in the place of the word. Go to the High place where we can see the cross. The cloud of His presence is looking for somewhere to rest. Let Him rest in you. We are of the way, let’s not be in the way.
Dennis Degrasse - World Changer
It’s easy to get overwhelmed when we look at the massive job of transforming the world. As a result we become disheartened and some of us even hang up our boots. The job is just too big! In this message Dennis addresses this mentality. He implores us to take heart and reminds us - You don’t have to change the whole world, but you are called to change your world!
Gareth Norman - Force Creates Resistance
Why do we feel under the greatest attack from the enemy after a great spiritual experience? The enemy wants to keep us from walking with God, so when we feel closest to the Lord it can feel like we're under the greatest resistance. Elijah experienced exactly this feeling after witnessing the power of God on Mount Carmel. In this message we look at why "force creates resistance" and how we can overcome the schemes of the enemy that try to drag us back in our walk with God.
Jenny Reid - Tempted in Every Way
Ever felt frustrated, disappointed, overwhelmed, betrayed, hurt, misjudged and humiliated? In the last 24 hours of Jesus life He experienced these emotions and more. In this season it’s important for us to see the authority Jesus secured for us on the cross, recognise in the word the same authority has been given to us and then to walk in it in every area of our lives.
Gareth Norman - Modern Idols
Jesus teaches us that the greatest commandment is to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’” (Mark‬ â€12:30‬). But is that the reality of our lives? There are many areas in life which can distract our focus from God. These areas such as sport, social media, success or money, can become a greater focus to us than God. How do we keep our lives free of ‘modern idols’ and love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength?
